  • STEP 2 : App Store Account Setup Inputs

  • When your Custom-Branded Patient Mobile App is ready, it will be published under your own developer accounts on the Google Play Store (for Android) and, optionally, the Apple App Store (for iOS). Once published, the app will be available for your patients to download directly from these app stores.

    Once your developer account(s) are created and developer access is granted to us, our team will develop and submit your app for review. The app will go through the standard app store verification process before it is made live.

    Going forward, updated versions of your app will be automatically published to your account as part of routine platform updates, maintenance releases, or compatibility enhancements required by changes in the Android and iOS operating systems. Each new version will also go through the app store verification process.

    Please note that these developer accounts must be created, owned, and managed directly by you.

  • INFORMATION REQUIRED TO SETUP & PUBLISH YOUR APPS

  • Once you have setup your own App Store account/s, we will be sharing the email address to provide us developer access to both Google and iOS account.

    The standard app store verification process of Google Play and Apple iTunes requires the following information to verify, before they confirm your apps for publishing. Kindly read the instructions below, before filling in the details. 

    Please Note: The information provided in the "Contact Us" page of your Patient Portal Website will be displayed in the "About" section of your Patient Mobile App. Kindly ensure that the information provided below is consistent with the details added in the Contact Us page.

  • Device Integrations

    The following devices are not part of our core integration but are currently available as a free add-on and can be enabled on request. Kindly note that while these are free at present, charges may be applicable in the future if pricing is introduced.
