*Queens ship via UPS Next Day Air, Monday-Wednesday, unless otherwise agreed upon. Queens ship in California mini cages with candy tubes inserted in a battery box. The attending bees are supplied with water and shipping candy to resource during shipment. Orders of 2-10 Queens may ship in 3-hole cages with attendants. 4% DOA (dead on arrival) Queens included with shipments of 25 or more as a courtesy.

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ORDERS ARE SECURED WITH A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE VITALITY OF OUR QUEENS OUTSIDE OF OUR POSSESSION.
