Capital Football Travel Sanction Form
This form must be completed by clubs and teams intending to travel domestically or internationally to competitions not organised by Capital Football. This form must be submitted to Capital Football for approval prior to departing. Domestic Travel Requests must be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to departure. International Travel Requests must be submitted at least twenty-one (21) business days prior to departure.
