  • Hello Darling! Thank you so much for your interest in being a Vendor for the ARTT A Runway Through Time: FUTURISTIC FUNK & FASHION September 27, 2025! Please fill out this Vendor Agreement Form so that we can get to know a little bit about you. Forms that are not completely filled out will not be accepted.

  • VENDOR SHOWCASE: Vendor purchase is for one business/service. If the vendor owns multiple businesses or companies, each business/company must purchase a separate vendor package. The purchase of an additional vendor package cannot be resolved by purchasing an additional table. Uneek Dzynes will make every attempt to partner with the vendor to provide a discount for the purchase of multiple vendor booths.

     

    PAYMENT. Uneek Dzynes goal is to not duplicate vendors and/or vendor services. Vendor agrees to pay the full vendor fee to secure their space and product/service. Space locations will be assigned by Uneek Dzynes and provided to the Vendor upon arrival to the Building. Vendor understands that ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL, and Uneek Dzynes does not approve refunds unless the event is cancelled by Uneek Dzynes. If the event is cancelled by Uneek Dzynes, Uneek Dzynes will email Vendor via the email used at purchasing and provide the following options: issue refund or transfer payment to another event.

    Vendor understands that Uneek Dzynes is not responsible for vendor sales and guest purchases.

    EXTRA SERVICES. Uneek Dzynes is not obliged to provide telephone, water, electrical & drain services to Vendor. Vendor shall also be responsible for other charges such as: electricity charges, water charges, taxes, etc. to the concerned authorities dependant on event location.

    DISPLAYS AND SIGNS. All displays in the building must be free standing. Nothing may be attached to walls or columns of the building by any means. Signs must be free standing and should not block other vendor’s shops. Signs should only be displayed within the assigned vendor space.

    EMPLOYMENT OF STAFF. Vendor will employ adequate staff at Vendor’s own cost to setup, operate, and breakdown the space provided by Uneek Dzynes.

    FOOD AND BEVERAGES. No food or beverage may be brought into the Building by the Vendor from outside. Vendor shall purchase all foods and/or beverages from facilities provided for the event.

    INSURANCE. Vendor assumes full responsibility for items sold and/or left in the facility. Uneek Dzynes accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property and is not required to carry additional insurance to cover Vendor’s property.

    INDEMNIFICATION. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold Uneek Dzynes harmless from all claims, losses, expenses, fees including attorney fees, costs, and judgements that may be asserted against Uneek Dzynes that result from the acts or omissions of Vendor and/or Vendor’s employees, agents, or representatives. Uneek Dzynes shall be solely responsible for ensuring all applicable laws are followed and complied with in selling and presenting Uneek Dzynes’s event.

    DEFAULT. The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default under this Agreement:

    1.       The failure to make required payment when due.

    2.       The failure to respond to Uneek Dzynes’s communications.

    If Vendor defaults on agreement, Uneek Dzynes will not reimburse vendor for any challenges the vendor may or may not encounter. Please refer to the PAYMENT section regarding refunds.

    ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.

    AMENDMENT. This Agreement may be modified or amended in writing if the writing is signed by the party obligated under the amendment.

    GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

    NOTICE. Any notice or communication required or permitted under this Agreement shall be sufficiently given if delivered in person or by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the address set forth in the opening paragraph or to such other address as one party may have furnished to the other in writing.

    ASSIGNMENT. Neither party may assign or transfer this Agreement without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

    Vendoring Includes:

    • One (1) general admission pass. Vendor Assistants can purchase a general admission ticket at a promotional rate. Include that information under the SPECIAL REQUESTS section of this form.
    • Two (2) chairs. 
    • One (1) 8 foot table is provided. If Vendor would like to provide their own 6 OR 8 foot table please include that under the SPECIAL REQUESTS section of this form. The same vendor fee will apply.
    • No setup if you’re late 30 minutes before doors open

    (Black Table covers are included and REQUIRED). You may bring your custom table cover or runners.

    Vendor Marketing:

    • UNEEK VIP Boxes: Each Vendor's promotional products will be added to the Uneek Boxes for our VIP guests. 
    • Vendor Spotlight/Shoutout: One (1) week of social media promotions. Each Vendor will have an opportunity to be interviewed with Uneek Dzynes Mixed Media Artist Tamara Channel. During the journey leading to the ARTT show, Tamara will invite the vendor on her live chat to discuss vendor products and any promotions to help market your brand!

     

    SUPERSONIC (SILVER) $225

    8 ft table or area for garment rack located on either side of the runway, marketing material or samples added to VIP Boxes, Brand Logo on TV screens throughout venue and Vendor Spotlight interview.

     

    GALACTIC (GOLD) $250

    $125 Deposit to secure spot

    $125 Balance due 09/06/25

    Includes: one (1) general admission pass, two (2) chairs, and one (1) 8ft. table (table covers are included). | Refund Policy: No refunds at any time.

    8 ft table or area for garment rack located on in the back of venue with great views of the runway from the table, includes marketing material or samples added to VIP Boxes, Brand Logo on TV screens throughout venue and Vendor Spotlight interview.

     

    Vendor Platinum package - $325 (Corner)---SOLD OUT!!!

    $125 Deposit to secure spot

    $200 Balance due 09/06/25

    Includes: one (2) general admission pass, two (2) chairs, and two (2) 8ft. tables (table covers are included). (Space large enough for 2 -3 6 foot tables or rack).| Refund Policy: No refunds at any time.

    2 8 ft tables or areas for garment racks located in the back of venue with great views of the runway from the table, includes marketing material or samples added to VIP Boxes, Brand Logo on TV screens throughout venue, Vendor Spotlight interview and 1 premium drink ticket.
