Since this vaccine requires special documentation by the pharmacist, an additional $50 fee will be required at the time of your appointment. If you need an appointment in less than 48 business hours the administration fee will be $75. If you are exempt from vaccination but needing documentation, the fee will be $25.

I understand that I have the right to refuse the immunization and medication recommendations provided to me including waiving a full travel consult.
