RG Judge Supply Form

RG Senior Trial 1 - 18th - 19th February 2023
All judges MUST be submitted through this online judge supply form before 5pm, Monday 6th February 2023.

A seperate form is required to be submitted for each judge from your program.

All required fields must be completed before being able to submit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

LATE FORMS will be charged $100 to the club as per the Judges Fine Policy.

* In order to avoid paying a judge's fine, Each Club must provide ONE (1) appropriately qualifed judge for every ONE (1) to SIX (6) gymnasts entered into each session. If a club has more than SIX (6) gymnasts entered into any session, they will be required to provide additional appropriately qualifed judges for that session to the same ratio (1 Judge per 1-6 athletes).

Information on judge's fines can be found in the the GNSW Judge Policies and Protocol.

* Judges must be current technical members and clubs are required to provide a judge that holds an appropiate accreditation for each level.

*Judges nominated for their Club must have a current relationship registered at the Club in the Club Admin Portal, on the Tech Member tab.

Judge Reimbursements*

TERMS & CONDITIONS
I understand that Clubs are required to provide ONE (1) appropriately qualifed judge for every ONE (1) to SIX (6) gymnasts entered into each session. If a club has more than SIX (6) gymnasts entered into any session, they will be required to provide additional appropriately qualifed judges for that session to the same ratio (1 Judge per 1-6 athletes). If a club does not supply a judge or arrange a proxy judge (in accordance with the required judge provision ratio) a contribution to the supply of judges of $250 for each required judge will be incurred for each session the judge provision ratio is not met.*

I understand that Clubs which have athletes in a session who later withdraw are still required to provide the required judges for that session in order to avoid receiving a judges fine.*

I understand that Clubs who submit judges for a competition who are not available will incur a $20 administration fee*

I understand that if a Club nominates a judge and that judge fails to attend the competition for the required sessions or becomes unavailable throughout the competition without providing a suitable replacement or reason for departure, the club will be issued with an invoice for $250 as outlined in the Provision of Judges Policy, plus a further $100 contribution towards the supply of judges.*

I understand that If clubs are having difficulty providing appropriately qualified judges for sessions in which they have gymnast(s) competing it is possible to engage independent judges to represent them if available. This must be organised prior to the Judge Supply form due date, and is the clubs responsibility to contact and arrange for the independent judge(s) to attend the competition on the clubs behalf.*

I understand that Judges may not always be required and may not be placed on judging panels for each session the Club has athletes entered. If a Club has fulfilled their requirements under the policy by nominating and making available the correct number of appropriately qualified judges, the Club will not receive a fine if their nominated judge is not appointed to a panel for a session.*
