I confirm that I have read the agreement in its entirety, understand each policy, and have saved a copy for my records. I acknowledge and accept the monthly payment structure, including that my $149 dues grant me access to exclusive perks and discounts and that these dues are non-refundable once paid. I understand that my first recurring monthly payment date is set after today and will remain consistent moving forward.
