To celebrate our children’s kindergarten graduation, the Graduation Organising Committee would like to compile a commemorative album to capture precious memories of our children during their kindergarten years and invite you to a graduation dinner with our children, their teachers and school staff. Both the graduation album and dinner are quintessential events in a Causeway Bay Victoria Kindergarten Graduate’s journey, and we look forward to celebrating together!

If you would like to order a copy of the graduation album and/or make a cash sponsorship or in-kind sponsorship, please kindly fill in your details in the form below.

Please note that your generosity in ordering album(s) and sponsorship donations are integral to the success of both projects. Our graduates, parents, committee and staff thank you for your sponsorship and your generosity will be acknowledged in print within the Graduation Album.

為慶祝孩子的幼稚園畢業，畢業籌委會將特别制作一本畢業生紀念册，為孩子們記錄美好的幼稚園童年時光。我們誠摯的邀請您與孩子們、老師們和在學校辛勤付出的教職員工一起共進畢業晚宴。畢業生紀念册和畢業晚宴都是銅鑼灣維多利亞幼稚園畢業旅程中的重要活動，我們期待得到您的支持！並邀請與您一起慶祝！

如您有興趣訂購畢業生紀念册，提供現金贊助或實物贊助之家庭，請填妥下列詳細信息。

畢業生紀念册和畢業晚宴，這兩項活動能否成功實現，將有賴家長的支持和慷慨捐助。閣下的贊助和慷慨之心將在畢業生紀念册中得到認可，我們的畢業生、家長、籌委會和全體工作人員將非常感謝您的支持！

是次訂購須以 PayPal 或 信用卡結帳，並會被收取手續費，不便之處，敬希體諒，謝謝！

Remarks:

1. Once your order / cash sponsorship is confirmed, submitted funds are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Upon successful ordering of the graduation album, you will receive an instant confirmation email. Please keep this until you have received your graduation album.

3. Surplus amounts raised from the graduation project (graduation album and graduation party) will be donated to Causeway Bay Victoria Kindergarten & International Nursery PTA to cover administrative costs associated with other graduation projects or charities.

4. In the event that we cannot cover the cost of this project, we will cancel production and all money raised will be refunded to you (after deducting expenses).

5. For in-kind sponsorship, please email the PTA office directly at cbvkpta@cbvictoria.edu.hk  or fill in the form below with more details and a PTA Executive Committee will contact you.

3. 畢業活動(畢業生紀念册和畢業晚宴)如出現盈餘，將用於家長教師會籌備畢業活動之經費或捐贈至慈善團體。

4. 如總訂購量未達最低要求，本會將取消此項計劃，並在扣除開支後把款項全數退回。敬請諒解。
