Entry Requirements

In order to enrol in the Diploma of Human Resource Management, you must meet the entry rquirements.
You can satisfy the pre-requisites in one of two ways:
1. If you have completed the pre-requisite units in the last 5 years
  (or their equivalent competencies which have been mapped as equivalent - search unit code www.training.gov.au) ?
  
  Please attach transcripts for these units:
  BSBHRM411 Administer performance development processes; and
  BSBHRM412 Support employee and industrial relations; and
  BSBHRM415 Coordinate recruitment and onboarding; and
  BSBHRM417 Support human resource functions and processes.
  
  OR
2. If you have two years’ equivalent full-time relevant work experience.
  
  (Use the pre-requisite assessing tool below to demonstrate you have achieved two years’ equivalent full-time work experience in the Elements for each of the pre-requisite Units listed above.)

Diploma of Quality Auditing

Entry Requirements

The Diploma of Work Health and Safety requires that you have previously completed a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivilant) in the last 5 years.

If you have not previously completed a Certificate IV in WHS, you do not currently meet the entry requirements to register for the Diploma in WHS.

You can go back and select the Certificate IV in WHS as your qualification in this form, and once you have completed your Certificate IV in WHS, you will be able to move forward into the Diploma WHS.
Self-Paced or Scheduled

In order to best align with the needs and scheduling requirements of our students, Global Training Institute is now offering a Self-Paced option for our accreddited qualifications, alongside our traditional "Scheduled" option.

Both the Self-Paced and Scheduled options will contain the same high-quality content, deliver the same qualification, and allow for students to book casual appointments with their trainer when they wish to do so. Both options also allow students to attend the weekly Zoom Room sessions, where they have the opportunity to speak to a trainer directly via an open Zoom call, available to all GTI students.

The Scheduled option will guarantee regular monthly appointments with your trainer, and you will also have regular monthly calls with your Completion Coach to discuss your progress and help you to keep motivated whilst completing your course.

Self-Paced is perfect for students who may not be able to commit to a single time for monthly appointments due to schedule requirements. You will be able to complete your course with more flexibility in the timing of your trainer calls.
