  • *Terms and Conditions:
     
    Deposit payments and any payments made toward the $350 Reunion Event Fee are non-refundable. The deposit payment confirms your attendance and guarantees your spot. This payment goes directly towards the total Reunion Event Fee.
     
    The $350 Reunion Fee is not inclusive of flights; accommodations; nor transportation to/from or while in New Orleans, LA., and covers Reunion Events only.
     
    It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund or compensation whatsoever for un-utilized activities during Reunion Events. This general rule applies to all kinds of non-utilization or under-utilization of, whether of the whole or part of the Reunion and whether as a matter of your choice, or caused by your fault or compelled by circumstances such as ill/health, weather, external factors etc.
     
    Please note that your health is entirely your risk and responsibility. We reserve the right (without obligation) to contact medical authorities as deemed necessary. Our actions in this regard may be guided not only by concerns for your health, but also the convenience and health of the other Reunion participants. However, it is not our obligation to check your medical condition. If you suffer any injury or medical aggravation during the Reunion, or if you are unable to enjoy/complete the whole or any part of the Reunion Events due to your medical conditions, we shall not be liable to compensate you nor to refund any amount to you, nor to pay your medical expenses.
     
    No Reunion attendee shall behave in a manner which may cause distress or annoyance to other Reunion participants or to any other person, or which may create the risk of danger or damage to property belonging to us or other Reunion participants, service providers or any other affiliated entity. If you misbehave or disturb the decorum of the Reunion Event spaces, you may have to terminate your experience at your expense. In such an event, no refund or compensation will be paid to the attendee.
     
    While we hope to always fulfill every carefully curated activity on our trips, sometimes it is necessary for us to make changes in the best interest of our attendees. For example, due to weather or operational issues. We reserve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the Reunion Events. In any case, travelers will always be informed and provided with alternate solutions.
     
    Any Reunion Class Officer and affiliate will not be held liable for misunderstandings, etc. regarding Reunion Events, activities, etc.
     
    Legal identification is required for all attendees. Payment confirms you have read and agree with the Brooks '03 Reunion FAQs, and accept the above terms and conditions.
