Before you apply, please review the Wade Oval Operations Maual and Private event Rentals Terms & Conditions to read all rules, regulations, and expectations thoroughly. You are responsible to know all laws and restrictions applicable to event usage in the City of Cleveland.

Provide information on tables, chairs, generators, tents, portable restrooms, audio equipment, vendors, performances, food sales, merchandise sales, or other event related activity. Include what takes place on each day if you are requesting more than one day of use. Include specific timing as well as expected staff, volunteer and/or attendee count on various days. If there are any changes made to your event set up plan, please inform your UCI contact immediately.

You are responsible for providing trash cans, liners, and removal of all debris and recycling. Any debris or trash bags left remaining on Wade Oval will result in additional fees or the loss of your security deposit. If there are any changes made to your waste management plan after submitting this form, please inform your UCI contact immediately.
Please provide your safety & security plan.*
All events over 100 attendees must have onsite security and the plan must be submitted 30 days prior to the event for approval from University Circle Police Department (UCPD). UCPD provides event security from off-duty officers at a 4-hour minimum at $40 per hour. Connection to UCPD will take place after you submit the rental application. If there are any changes made to your security plan after submitting this form, please inform your UCI contact immediately.
