  • Join fellow Minisport parents for an all-level dynamic hot power vinyasa flow integrating breath, movement, and beats in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong at FLOWGA STUDIO. A series of yoga postures to create heat, build strength, and flexibility. This class takes you on a journey into your practice focusing on your mind and body with a playlist that will leave you revitalized and ready to take your yoga off the mat into the world.
