NOTES:
- Booth rental is for space only and Includes two event passes per 10x10. additional passes will need to be purchased
- Booths must be occupied during all event open hours.
- Vendor set up is MARCH 8th Starting at 1pm and must be completely set up by 4:30pm
- Tear down is after 11pm the night of the show
- Show time 5pm-11pm
- Each vendor can display up to TWO motorcycles in front of their booth
Vendors:
The City of Las Vegas requires all Las Vegas based vendors to provide their business license number. If you are not a LV based business they will charge a $10 vendor fee that will be due the day of the event.

You are soley responsible for aquiring your one day business license

You will need a Certificate of insurance. We will email you with what needs to be on the COI about 3 weeks from the show date.

Your booth is not reserved until payment has been completed.
