سياسة الحضور (رجاء القراءة بعناية و الضغط "موافق" بالأسفل لإتمام الحجز)* This field is required.بمحاولة بكل جهدنا تكون تجربتكوا معانا سعيدة ف نرجوا الالتزام بالتعليمات عشان نقدر نوفرلكوا كل خدماتنا بأعلي كفاءة ممكنة ❤️ - بننتظر حضرتك في ميعادك لو حصل تأخير أكتر من 15 دقيقة بيكون في رسوم إضافية (50 جنيه) لو التأخير أمتد ل30 دقيقة بيكون في رسوم 100 جنيه أما لو حضرتك تجاوزتي 40 دقيقة تأخير بيتم إلغاء الموعد - في حالة حجز (Dry Cut) بنحتاج من حضرتك إن الشعر يكون مغسول و متسلك و معمول كحكة من قبل ميعاد الححز بيومين لضمان أفضل نتيجة للقص - في حالة حجز أحد الخدمات من (treatment - styling) بنحتاج من حضرتك إن الشعر يكون مغسول و متسلك من قبل ميعاد الحجز بمدة أقصاها يومين ممكن يتسلك قبلها بيوم او ساعات عادي مش زي القص - في حالة الحضور بالشعر متشابك بشكل مفاجئ بدون إبلاعنا يتم إضافة 400 جنيه لجلسة فك التشابك (زي ما سعرها موضح في تفاصيل الحجز) و إن توافر لدينا وقت لخدمة حضراتكوا بتقبل السيشن و في بعض الحالات ممكن نعتذر عن السيشن بالكامل لعدم توافر وقت للتعامل مع الشعر لأن ده هايتسبب في تأخير المواعيد اللاحقة (لو حابين تحجزوا جلسة فك تشابك بشكل إضافي علي خدماتكوا تقدروا تختاروها من هنا في الفورم خلال الحجز ) - إلغاء الحجز بيكون بحد أقصي قبل 48 ساعة من ميعاد حجز حضرتك فقط ياريت تساعدونا في الجزئية دي لصعوبة إعادة حجز الموعد لعميل اخر ف ياريت الإلغاء يكون قبل الموعد بوقت كافي ❤️🙏
