Lease Agreement: A lease agreement between Keiko LLC and the Occupants is required to confirm the booking. Occupancy starts on the 1st day of the month (3 PM local time) and ends on the 30th day of the month (10 AM local time). The tenant should notify Ms. Liseth Lavado (Property Manager) if there is a need for extra days of accommodation. There will be an additional cost per day, either before or after the lease agreement, upon confirmation of the availability of the room.

- Payment Policy: 100% refund for rent (no refund for deposit) if canceled 60 days before stay starts, if canceled less than 60 days, no refund for deposit or rent.
- The deposit will be due at the time of booking and NON-REFUNDABLE upon cancellation of the booking.
- Applicants must fill out the application on Jotform to complete their booking dates.
- Please talk to our manager, Ms. Liseth Lavado, regarding available spots for specific months before filling out the Jotform.
- All documents must be uploaded entirely at the time of application.
- Failure to submit the documents will lead to an automatic cancellation.
