TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sneaker Support will exercise its best effort to provide the utmost care in cleaning shoes delivered to us. Nevertheless, we cannot and do not assume responsibility for the existing wear and tear, weaknesses, and/or permanent defects in materials, whether or not are not apparent prior to processing, that may result in damages. SS shall not be held liable for: (a) Damages to the shores caused by normal cleaning process due to age or inherent material defect; (b) Loss of items said to have been left with the pair/s; (c) Damages and losses caused by burglary or fire, and/or other fortuitous events. At any circumstance that SS is found to be at fault, we will endeavor to rectify the damage at our cost. A maximum compensation of P2,500, depending on the condition of the shoes upon delivery, shall be given to the customer should the repair be found unsatisfactory by the customer.
The customer shall have a thirty (30)-day grace period from the claim date to claim the items. SS reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed pairs after the lapse of the grace period without need of prior notice to the customer.
Sneaker Support may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
By signing this, the customer also agrees on the damages noted on this form.
