Project Timeline Information

The timelines below encompass the period from the moment you make a request to the finalization of the project. Design project timelines vary, depending on the complexity of the materials or artwork, quantities ordered, production methods and photography needs.

Timelines DO NOT include printing. We will work with you to determine the time necessary for print production.

The timelines below are general guidelines. We will make every attempt to complete the project in a reasonable timeframe, but projects may also be prioritized based on their impact on the college.
Logo Design - Timelines vary based on type of logo. Choose which type you need below:

Program Logo: 3-5 weeksApproved Logo: 1-3 days
Design Projects

New Designs: 3-5 weeks

Update a previous design:
- Quick update: 1-3 days
- Complex update: 1-2 weeks
Website Projects
- Quick requests - 1-3 days
- Standard tasks - 1-2 weeks
- Complex projects - 4-6 weeks
Editorial Services & Media Relations (including press releases):
2-3 weeks
Social media promotion
- Event -- 4 weeks prior
- Announcement or Program Information – Dependent upon current social media schedule
Campus Emails
- Announcements – Every Monday: submissions must be recieved before 10 a.m. or they will be sent out the next Monday.
- Urgent requests – 1-2 days
Photography:
2-4 weeks
New video, fully produced marketing:
8-12 weeks
