    Communication, Marketing & Website Requests

The External Affairs Department helps college departments communicate clearly, reach the right audiences and advance institutional priorities. We provide communications strategy, writing, editing, graphic design, digital marketing, media relations and other promotional services.

Submitting this form begins the project review process. It does not guarantee that a specific product, tactic or completion date will be approved. We may recommend a different approach or a broader communication plan based on your audience, goals, timeline and available resources.

Projects are prioritized based on factors such as institutional impact, strategic alignment, audience reach, urgency and department capacity. Requests are not necessarily completed in the order received.

Before submitting, please gather the available project details, approved content, dates, links, photos, budget information and any required departmental approvals.

  • Project Timeline Information

The timelines below are general guidelines. External Affairs reviews each request to determine its scope, strategic value and resource requirements. Priority may be given to projects that support enrollment, retention, student success, institutional initiatives, reputation management or time-sensitive collegewide needs. Complexity, audience reach, required production time and the completeness of submitted information also affect scheduling. Submission of a request does not guarantee immediate placement on the production schedule.

The timelines below encompass the period from the moment you make a request to the finalization of the project. Design project timelines vary, depending on the complexity of the materials or artwork, quantities ordered, production methods and photography needs.

Timelines DO NOT include printing. We will work with you to determine the time necessary for print production.
