  • SUBSTITUTION POLICY:

    It's no secret that Nan's Donut Day is a BIG day at Tebb's! While we strive to have no errors with donut orders, it does happen occasionally. As a result, we reserve the right to substitute items with what we have available during the packing process of your order.

    Please know that we will always try to stay as close to your original order as possible, but we may be limited depending on the final quantities we pick up from Nan's in Loganton, PA. It's impossible for our staff to drive back to Loganton for a missing donut or two.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Also remember that we've worked incredibly hard to bring this AMAZING donut day to our community, and honestly, it's just a donut, right? And for goodness sake, PLEASE do not call us to complain about a substitution; we're trying our very best!
