Terms, Conditions, Booking & Deposit
A refundable security deposit (as stated in each package) is required to confirm your booking.
Final package payment must be completed at least 7 days before the event date.
Guest Minimums & Maximums
Each package clearly states its minimum and/or maximum guest requirements.
If your guest count falls below the minimum, the full package price still applies.
Event Duration & Punctuality
Events are allocated a set time frame (typically 4–6 hours unless otherwise stated).
Guests must arrive on time. Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled event time.
Any additional time requested on the day is subject to availability and incurs extra charges.
Décor & Setup
Décor included in packages is standardized; custom décor may be added at an additional cost.
External décor vendors must be pre-approved by Reggae Mountain Lounge.
Food & Beverage
Meals are freshly prepared and served according to the selected package.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, unless specifically authorized.
Music & Entertainment
Music setups included in packages are limited to the listed equipment/entertainment.
External DJs, live bands, or equipment must be approved in advance.
Damages & Conduct
The refundable security deposit covers damages, excessive cleaning, or breach of house rules.
Guests are expected to behave responsibly. Any misconduct may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
