Security Deposit: Refundable deposit must be paid before the event. Covers damages, late departures, or misconduct.
Duration: 6 hours maximum unless the entire property is booked (up to 20 guests).
Music Curfew: Music off by 10:00 PM unless the full property is booked. Then celebrations in Marley’s Suite Backyard can continue until daylight at a extra cost.
Conduct: Respectful behavior only — no vulgarity, reckless conduct, or excessive noise due to nearby neighbors.
Outside Drinks: Not allowed without prior approval. A fee of $5,000 JMD per bottle applies.
Photography & Drones: Only allowed with prior payment and approval. No same-day arrangements; other guests must be notified in advance.
Smoking: Permitted in designated areas only.
Music Selection: No rude, explicit, or profane songs allowed.
Language: Profanity is strictly prohibited.
Dress Code: No overly revealing or explicit attire, unless your function is in the private area.
Kitchen Hours: Last order is at 8:30 PM.

Terms, Conditions, Booking & Deposit

A refundable security deposit (as stated in each package) is required to confirm your booking.
Final package payment must be completed at least 7 days before the event date.
Guest Minimums & Maximums

Each package clearly states its minimum and/or maximum guest requirements.
If your guest count falls below the minimum, the full package price still applies.
Event Duration & Punctuality

Events are allocated a set time frame (typically 4–6 hours unless otherwise stated).
Guests must arrive on time. Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled event time.
Any additional time requested on the day is subject to availability and incurs extra charges.
Décor & Setup

Décor included in packages is standardized; custom décor may be added at an additional cost.
External décor vendors must be pre-approved by Reggae Mountain Lounge.
Food & Beverage

Meals are freshly prepared and served according to the selected package.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, unless specifically authorized.
Music & Entertainment

Music setups included in packages are limited to the listed equipment/entertainment.
External DJs, live bands, or equipment must be approved in advance.
Damages & Conduct

The refundable security deposit covers damages, excessive cleaning, or breach of house rules.
Guests are expected to behave responsibly. Any misconduct may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.

Within 48 Hours of Booking: Full refund available if the event date is more than 14 days away.
14+ Days Before Event: 50% refund of the package price. Security deposit is refunded in full.
7–13 Days Before Event: 25% refund of the package price. Security deposit is refunded in full.
Less Than 7 Days Before Event: No refund of the package price. Security deposit is refunded.
No-Show / Late Arrival: If you fail to arrive within 1 hour of scheduled start time, the event is considered canceled with no refund of package price or deposit.
