  • Please fill out the following application and background check release form. For the safety and privacy of your information, TSM uses encrypted forms to protect against identity theft and snooping by unwanted entities.  All of your data are encrypted as they are entered, and then deleted once you have been approved or declined.

    Files you will need before beginning this application:

    1. Copy of your Driver's License or State issued ID.
    2. Copy of your LTC/CHL (if applicable).
    3. Copy of your DD-214 (if applicable).

    Clear pictures of each will suffice.

    The process is much faster if you upload them here when asked. If you are unable, you may choose to email them to admin@texasstatemilitia.org at a later time, however your application may be delayed a little.

  • Instruction: Get a free encrypted ProtonMail email account

    1. Go to ProtonMail and create a free ProtonMail email account.

     

     

    2. It is suggested that you download the ProtonMail app to your mobile device from the App Store or Google Play. This will make receiving messages or event/training invites easier.

    As stated before, TSM uses ProtonMail as a secure and encrypted email provider. Critical communications about trainings, events, and other important information is sent through ProtonMail. Keep this account closely guarded and do not share information from emails through this account outside of TSM members. TSM INFOSEC policies must be adhered to or you risk being removed from the unit.
