2027 Workforce Best Practices Symposium: Call for Roundtable Facilitators

Thank you for your interest in leading an interactive roundtable discussion on workforce best practices at the 9th Annual Workforce Best Practices Symposium. The event will be held Wed., March 10, 2027, 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m., at the Kenton County Public Library, Erlanger Branch. An estimated 100 human resources leaders and other business leaders are expected to participate.

This year’s conference theme is Where People & Talent Intersect. Selected facilitators will share their personal experience and knowledge while prompting discussion among roundtable participants on related topics.

Responsibilities:

1. Be a member in good standing of the NKY Chamber of Commerce.

2. Cover travel and related costs. (Facilitator’s registration fee will be waived.)

3. Be available to facilitate two 30-minute roundtable discussions on selected topic between the hours of 8 a.m. and Noon. (Rotating sessions).

For consideration, please complete the following and submit by 5 p.m. Friday, October 30, 2026.

The Workforce Best Practices Symposium subcommittee will review submissions to select four roundtable facilitators. Information submitted on this form may be used in event marketing materials.
