    In holding the personal data of our members The Romsey & District Society undertakes that:
    · Members’ details will be processed fairly and lawfully in order to maintain proper records of the Society’s membership;
    · Members’ details will not be passed to any third party, and will be used only to enable you to be kept informed about and involved in Society activities;
    · Your details will be kept safely and securely and only for the duration of your membership, and you have the ability to opt out of our communications at any time;
    · However, as the Society because of its size needs to hold membership records electronically it is a condition of membership that consent is given to your membership record being held in an electronic form, in accordance with the Data Protection Regulations ( GDPR )

  • If you are a UK Tax Payer, the Society will be able to claim Gift Aid on your Payment.

  • The Subscription is only £7 per member per year being renewed annually on 1 November.
