My services will help put you in the best position to move and give you insight on making the right choice the first time before paying application fees. How my services work:

It is important that I know a little about your situation to best help you. While I will not ask to see any of your personal information, I will ask questions to get the best idea of how to help. Please have the following ready to discuss:

Total of your gross income (before taxes), a credit score no longer than 30 days old, any criminal history that may harm your chances of moving, any prior evictions, collections, judgments.

This form requires a $10 non refundable fee and a booked appointment to further evaluate.

During the call we will go over all the above information.

After the call, send me 3 properties that you are interested in to give me an idea of what you're looking for.

From there before applying to properties to lease, we'll go over all necessary information to make sure you have the best chance at approval. We can also view properties and confirm condition and readiness.
