By submitting this form you authorize Televere Systems, LLC to install the TigerView Cloud Uploader program to back up my TigerView images to the TigerView Cloud. This free backup and restore service will be available to me only while I am current with my annual TigerView Support Agreement. HIPAA compliance requires me to back up my digital patient files to both a local and remote backup location. I understand that having this Cloud backup does not replace my need for an additional local backup system.
