We're excited to announce that we’ve received an amazing gift from a venue. [Enter venue name] has graciously gifted a 7-cabin stay in the Columbia Gorge for our team. Each cabin has three beds in total: one king/queen and two twin beds. The stay will be [enter dates].
This stay is voluntary (meaning you aren’t required by the company to go) and we hope that it’s just a super fun hang-out for anyone able to join! Because beds are limited and there aren’t quite enough for the whole team, we are hosting a sign-up sheet for those who would like to come to snag a spot. Beds will be designated on a first-come first-serve basis.
On this trip, we want you to have fun and enjoy time together fully off-duty from work. Given the rental is affiliated with the company, however, we do need to honor 1927's standards of conduct and all in attendance will be required to sign an Event & Travel Code of Conduct Form before the stay. This form is 100% not intended to harsh the fun, just to acknowledge that we’ll all be safe and respectful of each other and the space we’re in.
