Scratch for refund deadline:

Toledo: Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

Huntsville: Wednesday, February 7, 2024.

Emails must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. CT on these dates to receive a refund.

When we have the flexibility to move an athlete(s) for this request form to an active session of competition, you will receive email communication from our Elevate the Stage team to finalize your registration/roster.
