• Call for use cases from EUCAIM partners

    Application form
  • WP7 is launching an internal call to integrate clinical use cases into EUCAIM, focusing on new data incorporation and the development of AI algorithms. A use case refers to a specific scenario for applying EUCAIM to address specific cancer data challenges in clinical settings. Integrating use cases into EUCAIM will outline the technical, ethical and legal steps involved in the process and will play a crucial role in defining requirements for the implementation of additional cancer image datasets, tools and AI algorithms to improve clinical outcomes.

All EUCAIM partners (Beneficiaries, Associated Partners, Affiliated Entities), whether as data holders or those keen on leveraging the infrastructure for the development, training, validation or benchmarking of AI models are encouraged to apply for this call.

More generally, this call will target all project partners interested in using the EUCAIM infrastructure to address real life clinical questions, for which large numbers of datasets and possibly technical/ethical/legal support are required. Use cases from industrial partners are particularly welcome.

Applying to this call is aimed at collecting all the needed information for a smooth data incorporation and use case implementation. The intention is to prioritize use cases according to their relevance and maturity level. No additional funding will be assigned to applicants.

For enquiries related to the call and the application phase, please contact opencall@cancerimage.eu.

Please indicate if you are applying to contribute with data (data holder), AI development/training/validation using EUCAIM data, or both (for example, you might need to apply in both roles if joint processing with your own institution's datasets is required in addition to data access), or in another role. Tick all the options that are relevant to you.
