CVPE Takeover Reporting Tool

Educational institutions have a responsibility to protect every student's right to learn in a safe environment free from unlawful discrimination and to prevent unjust deprivations of that right. In an effort to support schoolchildren and teachers, CVPE created this takeover form to report violations of federal and state laws as a result of the state takeover of Houston ISD. Tell your story and upload any supporting documents like emails, letters, assignments, flyers sent home (take a picture), pictures of your school library, classroom, this year and last year, etc.
