Artist gives The Wooster Program permission to share the submitted images with third party collaborators, its agents, representatives, press and their sponsors for promotional purposes. Artist understands and agrees that Studio in The Streets,, and any sponsors and/or press may or may not choose to use the submitted images for promotion on their website, social media, and/or printed material.

Artist gives our collaborators, newspapers/magazines used to promote the program and participating artists, its agents, staff, volunteers, and/or venue permission to mention their name and/or contact details on the website, social media and/or printed material for promotional purposes, with the Intention of promoting and selling the works of art submitted by the artist, in accordance to this agreement.

Participating artist please indicate that you understand that the program fee does not include : materials, travel, living space, nor related expenses. IT INCLUDES ONLY access to the studio space from 10 am to 10pm in the Art Studio. USE of studio for the duration of the residency.

Please indicate your desired dates. Residency Dates begin June 1st-30, July 1-30, August 1-30, September 1 - 30, October 1-14, Oct. 16 - 30, November 1-14, November 16-30, December 1-14, ALL dates for 2026. Solo Show Week available only for artists booking four weeks.
