Sales Manager of the Year

Nomination forms must be submitted by Thursday, January 29th, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. Nominations received after that date will not be eligible for consideration. REALTOR® Members may only submit one nomination per award.

Award winners will be announced at the Annual GAAR Awards Gala on Friday, March 6th, 20256 to be held at the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North.

Nomination Category: Sales Manager of the Year

Criteria to Consider

1. Must be a REALTOR® in good standing with GAAR, NMAR and NAR for a minimum of four (4) years.

2. Must be a Sales Manager or Owner/Broker who manages a minimum of ten (10) Associate Brokers.

3. Must have four (4) years of experience as a Manager.

4. Must have a minimum of three (3) letters of recommendation from the Associate Brokers they manage that describe the candidate’s past and/or present involvement and service with GAAR.
