To initiate the application for the ThetaHealing Certification Payment Plan, we kindly request you to complete the attached form in its entirety. This form serves as a crucial step in the review process conducted by our esteemed Board of Directors.

It is essential to note that the approval of your certification as a ThetaHealing Instructor, the activation of your account on thetahealing.com, and your authorization to teach the ThetaHealing technique are all contingent upon the successful fulfillment of an approved payment plan.

Our Board of Directors will thoroughly review your application, and upon approval, you will be one step closer to realizing your dream of teaching the transformative ThetaHealing technique.

How to apply for a Payment Plan for the Seminar fee

1. Choose the seminar fees for which you want to apply for a payment plan.
2. Pick your prepayment; note that the Registration fee must be fully prepaid and is not part of the payment plan.
3. Select the number of months for your monthly payments.
4. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.

Once you've made these selections, the payment plan conditions will be displayed. Choose a setup that suits you, then submit your application.
