In consideration of the information provided by Wild Watch Peru and its agents, and as a participant subscribing to this document, I hereby give my informed consent to the following disclaimer statement on behalf of Wild Watch Peru and its agents:

- I acknowledge that my participation in the trip is entirely voluntary, with full knowledge of the locations, elevations, means of communication, and transportation methods used to access the respective attractions, including risks associated with boat navigation and overland travel.

- I accept the inherent risks posed by this trip due to the natural environment, geography, climate, potential diseases, and other unforeseeable events or force majeure. I understand that Wild Watch Peru will not engage in any risky or dangerous activities but will provide recommendations to avoid risks and minimize potential harm to my person or property.

- I expressly release Wild Watch Peru from any liability for inconveniences, accidents, illnesses, parasites, or any expenses incurred that may arise in whole or in part due to negligence by others or circumstances beyond their control. Furthermore, Wild Watch Peru is not responsible for losses or additional costs resulting from delays or changes in air services, diseases, weather events, strikes, wars, quarantines, or other unforeseen causes, and any such costs will be borne by the participant.

- The tour booked is a regular fixed departure focused primarily on general wildlife observation in Manu National Park, including birds, mammals, reptiles, insects, and other native species. The program will be conducted strictly according to the detailed itinerary and description provided during the pre-booking process. I acknowledge that all activities, schedules, and wildlife viewing opportunities will follow this program as outlined by Wild Watch Peru and agree to adhere to the guidelines and information provided prior to departure.

- Any disputes or issues arising from or related to this agreement or the conducted tour shall be governed by Peruvian law and resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Peru.

I affirm that this consent is given freely and voluntarily, without any fraud, coercion, or misrepresentation, and that this document fully embodies my understanding and agreement.
