Donation Request Form
Please provide the requested information below to be considered for a donation of a pair of tickets to a single PTC production. PTC accommodates such requests on a case-by-case basis, but we do aim to help fellow nonprofit organizations as much as we can. Please allow for two weeks for processing. If your event is less than 6 weeks out, please note that we may not be able to accommodate the request. Only one pair of tickets will be donated per organization per PTC theatrical season (roughly September through May).
