Annual Membership Donation is $125 / Family*.
For those whom annual membership is not suitable, 'Event tickets' option is also available. Event tickets are $15 per person over 13 years, $10 per kid who are 5-12 years of age and below 5 years age free.
Additional donations are appreciated.
All donations to Mountain House Telugu Community (MHTC) are tax deductible.
Upon sucessful Transaction, you will be receving an email from jotforms with status as accepted.
The donar pass is mandatory for the event admission.
Payment can only be made using paypal or any Visa/Master credit cards
Once the donation is processed, its not refundable ,not transferable and not creditable for any reason

WAIVER and RELEASE LIABILITY

I understand that by participating in this event there is an inherent risk of potential exposure to infection diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19/Coronavirus. The risk of potential exposure cannot be eliminated. On behalf of myself, the Participant, my heirs and dependents, personal representatives, assigns and insurers, I now voluntarily and knowingly release and hold harmless/not liable the MHTC, its officers, employees, volunteers with which/whom the Mountain House Telugu Community(MHTC), from any and all liability, lawsuits, or claims for injuries, death, or property damage resulting from, arising out of, or in any way connected with Participant’s participation in the event. I/WE HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE IN ITS ENTIRETY. I/WE FULLY UNDERSTAND IT AND RECOGNIZE THAT THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE IS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT. I/WE UNDERSTAND THAT BY EXECUTING THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE, WE ARE VOLUNTARY ASSUMING THE RISKS DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND WAIVING OUR LEGAL RIGHTS ASSOCIATED THEREWITH.

Assumption of Risks: You understand and acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with consuming food, including but not limited to food-borne illnesses, allergies, or adverse reactions.
Release of Liability: In consideration for being allowed to consume food at this event, you hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Mountain House Telugu Community (MHTC), its volunteers, service providers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or equity, arising from or connected with the consumption of food.
Responsibility for Health: You are responsible for your own health and safety when consuming food. You must exercise your own judgment regarding the consumption of any food products offered at this event.
I, the undersigned, have read and understand this Food Waiver Liability Statement and voluntarily agree to its terms. I acknowledge the risks associated with consuming food and release Mountain House Telugu Community (MHTC) from any liability.
