2025 Legislative Day Registration

Participation in NAPSEC Legislative Day enables you to do the incredibly important work of bringing the priorities of your program, and the students and families you serve, before legislators and senior staff on Capitol Hill.

NAPSEC will set up to four meetings for you with your representatives in the House of Representatives and/or the Senate and will supply you with the supporting materials and preparation necessary to maximize your visit.

Registration Fees:
NAPSEC Member: $350
Non-Member: $500

Registration fee includes conference materials, advocacy training with guest speakers, a welcome reception, and scheduled congressional meetings.

**NAPSEC has reserved a block of rooms at The Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill at a discounted nightly rate of $354 (exclusive of taxes/fees) Please book your room here early, as availability is limited.

Attendee registrations may be transferred or canceled by submitting written notification to NAPSEC. A full refund is available to those who cancel their registration by April 18, 2024. All cancellation requests received after April 18, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund. Substitutions (the transfer of a registration to a colleague) for registrations are accepted at any time.

NAPSEC takes photographs and occasional video during its meetings and events for use in association advertising, newsletters, and other promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other media. By participating in this event attendees grant NAPSEC the right to use their name and image for such purposes.
