Haus of Codec will be hosting the LGBTQQIA+ Resource Fair & ART Marketplace throughout 2025. This one form will allow you to register for all of our 2025 Marketplaces.

This year you can use one form to apply for all of our upcoming events. We may add more dates along the way, you will still be able to use this form to register for future events as well. Haus of Codec provides opportunities for folx to sell their wares and raise awareness for transition-aged homelessness in Rhode Island. All vendors must adhere to current State // City // CDC Guidelines in terms of Covid 19 Prevention and Safety. Haus of Codec Marketplace Raffle

Haus of Codec will host a Raffle at each of our marketplaces to help increase attendance. The raffle will be made up of pride swag, prizes and gift cards collected by Haus of Codec and items donated by our amazing vendors. If you would like to donate an item to our marketplaces, please let us know! (Item(s) or service(s) should be on average $10 - $25 in value for each market you wish to donate.) We appreciate your generosity and don't want this to be a burden to anyone. Vendors who choose to participate will be advertised as contributors to the raffle in each marketplace.

Haus of Codec Provides a sliding scale for vendors based on equity and accessibility. A Minimum amount is due at registration and vendors may elect to contribute more back to Haus of Codec the day of the event based on your daily sales. Please select the correct category from each month's drop down menu when you are registering for the event. Failure to select the correct category may cause a rejection of your registration or an invoice for any unpaid funds.

Leaving Early: I understand that I am signing up to be part of Haus of Codec's Marketplace and my participation is for the entire event. Leaving early can be disruptive to other vendors and the event as a whole. If I am unable to attend the event in its entirety, I may be asked to not participate in that marketplace and may not be able to attend future marketplaces.*

Cancelation Policy: If a vendor provides no notice of cancellation (no call / no show) you will not be able to participate in future marketplaces unless a $50 no show fee is paid to participate in future markets. Your vendor fees are non refundable if you are unable to attend our marketplace. If Haus of Codec cancels or needs to reschedule a marketplace, Haus of Codec will refund vendors if the event can not be rescheduled OR if a vendor can not attend the rescheduled date.*

Accommodations: Haus of codec is dedicated to providing an accommodating space for all our vendors. If you require specific accommodations (e.g. being placed away from speakers or candles, leaving early, closer parking) please let us know in this section below, or give at least a month's notice or as soon as possible to make sure these accommodations can be honored to the best of our abilities. - If you need to email your accommodations later, please send all communication to info@hausofcodec.org.
The Legal Stuff
By Signing up for this event you will adhere to and agree with the following Legal Stuff. “I, the above listed Artist / Entertainer / Vendor / Representative from partnering organization Etc., desire to participate at Haus of Codec Marketplace/Vendor/Resource Fair and engage in the activities related to being a volunteer for this project. I hereby voluntarily, execute this Volunteer/Participant/Artist/Entertainer Waiver under the following terms: I, the Volunteer, release and hold harmless Haus of Codec, City of Providence, The Black Sheep Providence, The Providence Eagle, The Eagle's Nest, Juicy Market, PVDFest, First Works, Partnership for Providence Parks, Fringe Festival, Waterfire Providence, Farm Fresh, Providence Parks Department, Moniker Brewery, The West Broadway Neighborhood Association and it’s volunteers/staff/affiliates and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from my volunteer work with the event you have register for using this form. I understand that this Waiver discharges Haus of Codec and any/all above listed from any liability or claim that I, the Volunteer, may have against Haus of Codec and any/all above listed with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from my participation on the Organization's work site. I also fully understand that the Organization does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health or disability insurance, in the event of injury, illness, death or property damage. I, the participant, understand that I expressly waive any such claim for compensation or liability on the part of Haus of Codec and any/all above listed beyond what may be offered freely by the representative of Haus of Codec and any/all above listed in the event of such injury or medical expense. I hereby release Haus of Codec and any/all above listed from any claim whatsoever which arises or may arise in the future on account of any first aid treatment or other medical services that are conducted in connection with an emergency during my time with the Organization. I understand that my time with Habitat may include various activities that may be hazardous to me and I hereby expressly and specifically assume the risk of injury or harm in these activities and release the Organization from all liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from the activities of my time with the Organization. I grant unto Haus of Codec and any/all above listed all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings that are made by Haus of Codec and any/all above listed during my work with Haus of Codec and any/all above listed and any/all above listed, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits that are derived from such photographs or recordings. I expressly agree that this Waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Rhode Island in the United States of America, and that this Waiver shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island. I agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this Waiver shall be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this Release which shall continue to be enforceable. This also indicates that you and your party are aware and will abide by all cdc guidelines and that masks must be worn at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and others.*
