Haus of Codec Marketplace Raffle

Haus of Codec will host a Raffle at each of our marketplaces to help increase attendance. The raffle will be made up of pride swag, prizes and gift cards collected by Haus of Codec and items donated by our amazing vendors. If you would like to donate an item to our marketplaces, please let us know! (Item(s) or service(s) should be on average $10 - $25 in value for each market you wish to donate.) We appreciate your generosity and don't want this to be a burden to anyone. Vendors who choose to participate will be advertised as contributors to the raffle in each marketplace.

Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, and booth setup. Indoor booths are 8×6 ft; outdoor booths are 10×10 ft unless otherwise notified. Haus of Codec does not provide extra tables, chairs, or supplies.*

Cancellation Policy: Due to frequent last-minute cancellations, vendors who cancel with less than one week’s notice will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than one week in advance will not incur a fee. All vendor fees are non-refundable, and unpaid cancellation fees must be paid before participating in a future marketplace. If Haus of Codec cancels or reschedules an event, vendors will be refunded if the event cannot be rescheduled or if they are unable to attend the new date.*

No Call/No Show Policy: Vendors who fail to provide notice (no call/no show) must pay a fee before participating in future marketplaces: $50 for the first offense, $100 for the second, and $150 for the third. A fourth offense or any unpaid fee will result in a permanent ban. Vendor fees are non-refundable. If Haus of Codec cancels or reschedules an event, vendors will be refunded if the event cannot be rescheduled or if they cannot attend the new date.*

Haus of Codec offers a sliding scale for vendors based on equity and accessibility. A minimum payment is due at registration, with the option to contribute more on the event day based on sales. Please select the correct category from each month’s dropdown when registering. Incorrect selections may result in registration rejection or an invoice for unpaid funds.
