  • THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY ANY PERSON ENTERING THE COMPETITION FLOOR WHO DOES NOT WISH TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED/FILMED AT ANY GSA SANCTIONED EVENTS FOR 2026

    This includes coaches, judges, athletes, and volunteers.

  • Gymnastics South Australia (GSA) recognises that images of gymnasts are very powerful visuals that promote and identify our sport.

    GSA is mindful of its duty of care towards our members and is committed to protecting children and young people from potential risks. Together with Gymnastics Australia and other sporting organisations across the nation and the world, GSA has adopted a Photography and Video Policy which applies to all GSA events, trainings, and competitions.

    Gymnastics Australia works collaboratively with the State and Territory Associations. To comply with applicable policies, and to ensure you understand the ways in which images and video footage from these events may be used, you are provided with the following information for your consideration and consent.

    This form will only need to be completed once by each member choosing to opt out of the usage of photography/filming for the entire 2026 calendar year.

    Image and Video Footage Use:

    Judging Review Purposes: Video footage captured for judging review purposes will be 

    - Used if a score review is requested in accordance with the GymSport Technical          Regulations; and

    - Restricted to GSA event staff and event judges.

    Other Purposes: GSA has engaged an authorised photographer for the events. GSA staff may also take photographs or videos at the event. These may be used for:

    - GSA social media and website; and/or

    - GSA annual report and other publications.
