    • Enrollment and Attendance:

Please note that our Woodland Wonders Summer Camp is not available on a per-day basis. Full weekly payments are required even if your child is absent for several days. We offer a discount for families enrolling in the entire Summer Session to encourage continuous and full participation.

      Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations may be made with a refund of the weekly cost minus a $50 cancellation fee up to 2 weeks before the start of camp. Please email your cancellation requests to hello@kettleandcrow.com. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 2 weeks of the start date cannot be refunded.

      What to Bring:

Children should come prepared with a hearty lunch and a water bottle. Clothing should be suitable for romping through mud and getting wet, and sturdy shoes are a must. Our activities will include painting, crafting, running, singing, and plenty of playful adventures!

      A Note on Smoke Season:

The health and safety of our students and staff are our top priority. Should the Air Quality Index (AQI) reach 150 or higher, indicating unhealthy air conditions, we will promptly move our activities indoors. This ensures the continued well-being of everyone involved.

Indoor activities will take place in the tiny cabin at Little Creek Ranch or, alternatively, at our director Caitlin's home in the Quiet Village neighborhood. Both locations are equipped to provide a safe and engaging learning environment during adverse environmental conditions.
