      1. Tales Toolkit Lead

      The lead will be responsible for facilitating TTK training and be the champion for embedding and developing practice post-training.

      2. Primary Account Contact

      This person will have additional administrative access on the online portal, including the ability to add/remove team members, update payment information and make someone else the primary contact. This may be the same as the Lead person or someone you'd prefer to handle admin. It can be easily changed at any time.
