You acknowledge and agree to the following terms by enrolling in the program offered by Qurio and BSD
Qurio will collect and share your personal data with BSD solely for the purpose of the program. BSD is committed to protecting your data and will not disclose it to third parties without your explicit consent. You retain the right to access, modify, or delete your data at any time by contacting BSD directly. Furthermore, you have the option to withdraw your consent at any time. However, please note that withdrawing consent may impact your eligibility and participation in the program.

拍攝、錄音及錄影PHOTO-TAKING, AUDIO-TAKING AND VIDEO-TAKING BY QURIO
Qurio shall have the right to take photos, record audios and/or videos of you and your child and to use or publish your child’s and/or your photos, audio-recordings and/or video-recordings for training, educational, internal communication, promotional (including displaying the same in the Centre/for online promotional purposes) and/or marketing purposes. Parents/students in any such posted photos, audio-recordings and/or video-recordings will not be identified by name and their personal details will not be used in the accompanying text. The staff of Qurio will inform you and/or your child (as applicable) before taking and recording any photos, audios and/or videos and you and/or your child (as applicable) may let the relevant staff know if they do not wish for their photos, audios and/or videos taken/recorded.
