Fill out this form and we'll notify you when the Larimer County Conservation Corps schedule opens to sign up for a free home efficiency assessment.
As a special partnership with Loveland Water and Power and Fort Collins Utilities, we are able to provide free basic home efficiency assessments to the customers of those utility companies. This program is open to renters and homeowners! Landlord or property management approval required for toilet installations.

During an assessment, a team of two corpsmembers will:
- Conduct a basic inspection of your home, appliances, toilets, and heating/cooling system.
- Install appropriate efficiency measures based on your home’s needs. These products may include LED light bulbs, water conserving shower-heads and aerators, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, clotheslines and high-efficiency toilets.
- Educate you about water and energy efficiency practices and services.

As a seasonal program, our free home efficiency assessments are only offered between January and May of every year. By completing this waitlist form, you are agreeing to be contacted by our staff in December with appointment availabilities for our 2026 program. We look forward to assisting you with your home's water and energy efficiency in 2026!
