To ensure the security of your sensitive payment information, upon submission of this registration form, you will receive a secure payment link to authorize a credit or debit card for the nonrefundable reservation fee. Payment links are generally sent within one business day of receiving your registration. If you have not received the email within 48 hours, please check both your inbox and spam folder. If you are unable to locate this email, kindly let us know by emailing Maria Israel at ariaisrael26@gmail.com or by texting or phoning (580) 563-6111. Please include your full name, email address, and phone number in your message.
It is essential that the email address you provide on this registration form is correct and monitored, as this will be the address we use to send your payment link. You must authorize the reservation fee via this link to complete your registration. Failure to authorize the nonrefundable registration fee within 72 hours of your receiving the payment link will result in an incomplete registration and your space on the Tour, the Cruise, and the Seminars will not be secured.
Because our group sizes are strictly limited and we have a waiting list, we can only hold your space for 72 hours. If we do not receive your authorization within that time frame, your temporary hold will automatically release so we can open the space to another traveler. After that time has expired, there will be a $150 per person Reinstatement Fee in order to cover the administrative cost of rebuilding your booking (if space is available).
