SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Short Term Rental Agreement is made by and between RLM Assets, LLC and GUEST as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. YOU MUST SIGN & RETURN THIS AGREEMENT. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

Occupancy of residence will not be granted until the copy of your photo ID is in our file.
1. Property. 1355 N 2305 East Rd, Shelbyville, IL 62565 The property is furnished and includes: linens, towels, pillows, coffee maker and crock pot, toaster oven, all kitchen utensils and cookware/dinnerware, flat screen tv with remote, outdoor patio, grill, washer and dryer, miscellaneous, (books, movies, games, vases, radio, cards
2. Rental Party: Renter must be 29 years of age or more.
3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 persons. If it is reported that extra guests not previously listed on the contract have occupied the house then a $225 fee per night, per guest will be charged to the renter.
4.Term of the Lease. The lease begins at 2 p.m. on day of "Check In" and ends at 11:00 a.m. on day of "Check Out".
5. Minimum Stay: This property requires a 2 night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.
6. Rental Rules: By signing this contract Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits daily on the property to abide by the following rules at all times. This is NOT a house for a party, bachelor/bachelorette stint, or a place to settle disagreements.
7. Access: Guests shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowners shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
8. Additional Fees: Damage to the property or furnishings; not following the rules for checkout; dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; excessive amount of guests staying on the property; or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest's stay will be charged additional fees.
