I understand that, I am a guest at the Bear Lake County Airport. I am here to enjoy the sport while still adhering to the rules set forth by the FAA regulations and the Bear Lake County Airport Board

I understand that, this is an active airport and that other aircraft may be using the active runways with/without any communication.

I understand that, I will not impede any aircraft operations from the air or from the ground without prior authorization from the other aircraft.

I understand that, I will not fly in such a manner that presents an inherent danger to others or myself.

I understand that, I will be courteous to other pilots by taking off and leaving the area when others are launching and landing.

I understand that, I will not fly over the approach patterns or the runways despite if they are in currently in use or not. Especially since it is likely one of us will not be on the radio with the other.

I understand that, there is a wildlife refuge directly to the south of the Bear Lake County Airport and that I will not fly below 1000ft, touch down, take off, or harass wildlife in that area. (This is a non-negotiable topic. If you do not follow this rule, the Idaho DWR can and will charge you a fine. *Please see the 2026 NOTAM to reference that area.)

I understand that, SkyVentures Paramotor, LLC has the right to remove me from the event if they see any of my actions, flying, or equipment are providing an inherent danger to themselves or others.

I understand that, SkyVentures Paramotor, LLC, Bear Lake County Airport, Epic Recreation, North Beach State Park are not responsible for any damage to myself, others, or property caused by me or my equipment.

I understand that, I will follow all applicable rules to FAR 103. This includes not flying over congested areas like the homes on the shores and surrounding areas of Bear Lake.

I understand that, flying from the North Beach State Park area and Epic Recreation is a privilege that we have been granted. I will not abuse, harass, or fly too close to other patrons of the park and I may be asked to leave if not adhered to. I also agree to be EXTRA cautious in this area on Saturday due to increased weekend beachgoers and activity at the beach.

I understand that, flying powered paragliders or powered parachutes is an inherently dangerous activity. Death and serious injury can result. I agree and accept that SkyVentures Paramotor, LLC, the Bear Lake County Airport, North Beach State Park area, and Epic Recreation are not responsible for any injuries during the event and are only willing to provide services because of my agreeing to the terms set forth herein.

Please be aware that SkyVentures Paramotor, LLC uses this airport and the surrounding area frequently for business and training purposes. Please be respectful to the residents and guests of the area as to not cause any disturbances so that we can continue to use this beautiful place. We want to make this sport look good to the public in this ever increasingly regulated world. But most importantly, let's have fun!
