Welcome to SLCP application fees payment form!

Before proceeding with the application payment form submission, we highly encourage you to refer to the eligibility criteria on Zendesk which summarizes the general requirements that candidate Verifier Bodies and Verifiers must meet to be considered for approval.

Payment of all application fees is mandatory before the VOO (Sumerra) can process your application. Only after filling in the payment form and paying the invoice will you receive a unique payment code from SLCP for each selected item in the form. Once you receive a unique payment code, you can proceed to submit your application to the VOO (Sumerra) for processing. Without a code, Sumerra will not process your application.

This form must be filled in to start the SLCP application process for:

• New Verifier Body candidate who wants to become an SLCP approved VB. Applicant must be APSCA Full Member Firm (only select "I am an APSCA Full Member Audit Firm and want to apply to be a new Verifier Body")

or

• Already approved SLCP Verifier Bodies who want to expand to new countries and/or qualify new Verifiers and/or want already SLCP approved Verifiers to operate in more countries (only select " I am an approved SLCP Verifier Body and want to make changes to my approvals").

As of July 1 2024, SLCP will only accept Verifier Body applications from Full APSCA Member Firms and Verifier applications from APSCA ASCA/CSCA in good standing status candidates.

Please pay attention to your entries in this form to ensure you have made the right selections and entered the right quantities, because an invoice from SLCP will be issued accordingly and no refunds will be granted.

You will receive an invoice from SLCP for the application fee, and this must be paid before your application can be processed. No refunds of the fee will be granted.

• Apply for one or more new countries in which your company wishes to operate (APSCA Full and Provisional Members only).
• Apply to have one or more new Verifiers approved (new Verifiers must be APSCA ASCA or CSCA in good standing associated with SLCP approved VBs that are APSCA Full/Provisional/Applicant Member Firms).
• Apply to have one or more Verifiers approved to operate in new countries (Verifiers must be APSCA ASCA or CSCA in good standing associated with SLCP approved VBs that are APSCA Full/Provisional/Applicant Member Firms)

You will receive an invoice from SLCP for the application fee, and this must be paid before your application can be processed. No refunds of the fee will be granted.

Supplemental VB Application

Only for approved Verifier Body, APSCA Full or Provisional Member, who wants to apply for one or more new countries in which to operate.

Cost covers: one or multiple supplemental countries per Verifier Body (APSCA Full or Provisional Member); internal application review

Because there is only one fee for your supplemental country application - no matter the number of countries you apply for - it is in your interest to apply to as many countries as possible in one application. Consider also including countries not open yet for verification activity. If any country is denied for approval by the VOO a new application must be filed, paying the fee again (unless your application only includes "fee waiver countries").  

 

FEE: $165 per VB application (no limit on number of countries included in one supplemental application)

List n.1 includes all countries and regions open for applications and verifications.

List n.2 includes all countries/regions with a fee waiver. All countries included in this list are granted a fee waiver due to low Verifier/VB availibility. The fee waiver countires are subject to change at any time due to changes in SLCP operations. SLCP will notify VBs at minimum two weeks in advance of any changes.

3 of the fee waiver countries - Egypt, Jordan, Nicaragua - are open for application only.

REMEMBER: If you are applying for fee waiver countries, you still need to get a payment code from SLCP to make sure Sumerra can process your application.

New Verifier Application - ASCA in good standing

Only for APSCA ASCA Auditor Member in good standing associated with an approved SLCP VB (APSCA Full/ Provisional/ Applicant member) who wants to become an SLCP approved Verifier.

Please note that to conduct SLCP verifications, both the Verifier Body and Verifier must be approved for the country of verification. Application approval is needed at the VB country level before the related Verifier applications can be considered. In cases where Verifier applications are submitted for countries for which the VB has no approval, the Verifier application will be denied by the VOO, and the application fee will not be refunded. Note, only VBs with APSCA Full or Provisional Member status are permitted to apply for new countries in which to operate.

Cost covers: up to two exam attempts per applicant; internal application review; Verifier communications; VB dashboard; APSCA cross checking; exam; proctor fees; communication to SLCP; mandatory desktop review

Fee: $615 per Verifier candidate

New Verifier Application - CSCA in good standing

Only for APSCA CSCA Auditor Member in good standing associated with an approved SLCP VB (APSCA Full/ Provisional/ Applicant member) who wants to become an SLCP approved Verifier.

Please note that to conduct SLCP verifications, both the Verifier Body and Verifier must be approved for the country of verification. Application approval is needed at the VB country level before the related Verifier applications can be considered. In cases where Verifier applications are submitted for countries for which the VB has no approval, the Verifier application will be denied by the VOO, and the application fee will not be refunded. Note, only VBs with APSCA Full or Provisional Member status are permitted to apply for new countries in which to operate.

Cost covers: internal application review (less intensive); Verifier communications; VB dashboard; APSCA cross checking; exam; proctor fees; communication to SLCP; mandatory desktop review

Fee: $465 per Verifier candidate

Supplemental Verifier Application - ASCA or CSCA

ASCA and CSCA process and fee is the same.

Only for APSCA ASCA and CSCA Auditor Members in good standing associated with an approved SLCP VB that is APSCA Full/ Provisional/ Applicant member. Only for Verifiers who want to apply for a new country/new countries in which to operate.

Please note that to conduct SLCP verifications, both the Verifier Body and Verifier must be approved for the country of verification. Application approval is needed at the VB country level before the related Verifier applications can be considered. In cases where Verifier applications are submitted for countries for which the VB has no approval, the Verifier application will be denied by the VOO, and the application fee will not be refunded.
