招生簡章 Admissions

本校由香港蘇浙滬同鄉會創辦,一九五八年建校,一九九三年轉為政府直接資助中學。
Kiangsu-Chekiang College was founded by Kiangsu Chekiang and Shanghai Residents (HK) Association in 1958 and became a Direct Subsidy School in 1993.

校風淳樸、管教嚴謹,提供五育均衡的全人教育。
Offers holistic education and has developed a tradition of excellence in teaching and learning;

中英並重。初中中國語文、中國歷史及普通話科以普通話教授。
各級均開設英文班及中文班,英文班主要學科以英語教學,中文班則以母語授課。
Emphasizes bilingual education (English and Chinese). We offer both English class and Chinese class in each secondary level. Chinese Language and Chinese History in junior forms are taught in Putonghua;

全校光纖上網,無線網絡覆蓋全校,為各科電子學習提供完善環境。
Provides WiFi network in the whole school to enhance e-learning;

設有三十八項課外活動,豐富同學的校園生活,發掘自我潛能,拓展發展空間。
Offers 38 extra-curricular activities to challenge students intellectually, physically and artistically;

教學設施齊備。除設有語言實驗室、視聽及語言中心外,另有多媒體學習中心、電腦室及校園電視台,共有電腦二百台。
Provides a wide range of special and functional rooms: Language Laboratory, Audio-Visual Language Centre, Multi-media Learning Centre, Computer Rooms and KCC Campus TV to enhance teaching and learning practices;

圖書館可同時容納學生二百餘人,內有電腦設施及圖書四萬冊供同學使用和借閱。
Offers computing facilities in the Library where 40,000 books and publications are stored. Our Library can accommodate more than 200 students;

飯堂設有四百座位,以配合「初中同學留校午膳」措施。
Offers 400 seats in the School Canteen (junior form students ought to stay in school for lunch);

全校課室及特別室均設冷氣。
Offers air-conditioned classrooms and special rooms;

本校已獲國際文憑組織( International Baccalaureate Organisation ) 核准同學參加該項
考試。直資部學生升讀高中時可申請報讀本校國際部國際文憑( I B )課程預備班,
及於次年正式修讀國際文憑二年制課程。
Offers International Baccalaureate course in our International Section. Interested students in F.4 could apply for the one-year Preparatory Course and start the two-year course in Year 12;

安排直資部同學到本校國際部上課,藉此提供同學一個全英語的學習環境,體驗不同的學習模式及文化。
Provides an integration programme with our International Section for students to experience academic diversity;
