A HK$150 fee will be charged for any updates or changes to entry information

*報名費當中20元，將資助港安醫院慈善基金 - 荃灣理事會，為經濟有困難的長者提供白內障手術
*$20 out of the entry fee will be donated to the Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation, Board of Governors -Tsuen Wan, to fund free cataract surgeries for underprivileged seniors.

I grant permission and assign of rights, title and interest to the organizer to utilize my appearance, name, voice, bio-dare and likeness in connection with the event in any and all media throughout the Organizer would in perpetuity and agree to waive any right of inspection or approval associated thereto.
