Method Developer Information: The information in this section should represent the information in the signed AOAC Research Institute Certification Mark License Agreement. Allowable modification consists of tracked level 1 revisions only. Examples being: editorial changes, aesthetic revisions of inserts, user manual, labels, instrument manuals. Level 2 modifications are no longer eligible at the time of renewal. All modifications MUST be submitted at the time of the renewal submsision. Modification(s) received after the renewal submission will not be covered under the Renewal benefit.

I have read and understand the terms and conditions of the AOAC Performance Tested Methods status as described in the AOAC Research Institute's Performance Tested Methods Program Policies & Proceedures manual. AOACRI Policies & Procedures Manual. Renewal fees are in the amount of $3800 per submission. Discounts only apply to 16 or more certifications.

All Level 1 Modifications MUST be submitted at the time of Renewal and must be in tracked view or a detailed summary of edits by line. Modifications received after renewal submission will not be covered under the Renewal benefit. Level 2 and Level 3 modifications are not eligable for renewal reviews.
