Midland Pilgrimage

The overnight pilgrimage to the Martyrs Shrine in Midland for university students studying in the Diocese of Hamilton will take place from Saturday, September 21st to Sunday September 22nd, 2024. A bus will leave the Newman Centre in Guelph at 9 AM on Saturday and return around 4 PM on Sunday. Please note that overnight accommodations are set up in rooms of 4 people each, with a maximum of 32 spots available.

This form must be read and signed prior to boarding the bus by everyone who wishes to participate in this campus ministry activity.

By choosing to participate in the Midland Pilgrimage from Saturday, September 21st to Sunday, September 22nd, 2024, you are accepting the responsibility for any injury that might occur.

You agree to follow all the directives of the pilgrimage supervisors.

You agree that no alcohol, illegal drugs or weapons are to be brought on the pilgrimage.

The Diocese of Hamilton will not provide accidental death, disability, dismemberment or medical expense insurance on behalf of the participants in this activity.
