Calling all vendors and craft lovers!
Garden of Eden Floral & Tearoom is excited to announce our 10th Annual Holiday Stroll Market on November 9, 2024!
This year's event will be bigger and better than ever, with over 60 vendors selling everything from handmade gifts to unique home decor.
**Space is limited to 60 vendors on a first come, first served basis!**
Booth participants will be assigned areas of approximately 10' by 10'. The stroll will open for set-up at 8:00am on Saturday, for booths to be set up.
Set-up must be completed, and vehicles cleared from the booth area by 9:30am to ensure that each participant is ready to begin sales when the stroll kicks off at 10:00am.
Vendors will have a designated parking area and must adhere to that specific area.
Team members will be on staff to direct you.
Due to safety concerns, participants will not be able to drive vehicles into the booth area to load out until after the entire event ends at 3:00pm.
However, participants will be able to walk their supplies out to their vehicles if they choose. Participants may bring a wagon or dolly if they wish, we will not have any avaiable.
It is requested that participants maintain and secure their areas until they leave the facility.
Participants will be responsible for cleaning their assigned area.
CANCELLATIONS/RAIN OUTS/REFUNDS
Once you book your vendor space, no refunds will be processed under any circumstance.
In the event of weather, our rainout date is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, November 16, 2024. We will be notifying all vendors via email & social media post by 7am on the day of the event, if weather is an issue.
If the event is declared a rainout, no refunds will be issued. All proceeds go towards advertising the event.
RESTRICTIONS
It is our policy not to limit the number of a particular type of booth in the arts/crafts/miscellaneous area. Our "Open Policy" has proved to be very successful.
Arts/crafts/miscellaneous concessions will be restricted from selling any food product or beverages to be consumed on site. All participants are restricted to sales of those items designated on the registration form. Drug related or obscene merchandise is not allowed and will not be tolerated.
There is no electricity available. Generators can be used if you choose to bring one.
VENDOR FEE
Fees for arts/crafts/miscellaneous booths are $100 per booth space of 10'X10'.
REGISTRATION
Registration must be completed online and only online via the link "BECOME A VENDOR"
You will receive your location assignment when you check in on Saturday morning.
